Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems Join our team as an HR Service Desk Executive and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to employees while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Location: Penang

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and proficient in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR Support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, HR systems preferred)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Provide accurate information related to HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams when necessary
  • Ensure service quality and SLA targets are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve HR service delivery
