Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and proficient in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR Support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, HR systems preferred)
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Provide accurate information related to HR policies, processes, and systems
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams when necessary
- Ensure service quality and SLA targets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve HR service delivery
