EA & IR Advisory Consultant
Job Description
- Provide expert guidance and advisory services to clients in managing and resolving industrial relations issues.
- Advise clients on legal compliance related to industrial relations, including employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and labor regulations.
- Assist in negotiating labor agreements and mediate disputes between employers and employee representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and legal changes affecting industrial relations.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for clients management teams on effective industrial relations strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with other consultants and professionals within the agency to provide holistic solutions to clients HR challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and prospect new clients by conducting targeted sales activities, including calling prospects from lead generated by social media effort, attending industry events, and leveraging professional networks.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively pitching the Malaysia HR Forum industrial relations consulting services.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, outlining project progress, revenue generation, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and website content.
Key Requirements:
Proven expertise in industrial relations: The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and experience in various industrial relation matters, such as employee relations, labor laws, dispute resolution, and collective bargaining, to effectively advise clients on these issues.
