During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day administrative work related to immigration matters (e.g., Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, passport renewals, and related documentation).
  • Compile, review, and verify employee submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Submit applications through relevant systems and maintain proper records and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support by gathering and validating required data and documents.
  • Support and respond to enquiries from business partners, managers, and employees on immigration and HR operations matters.
  • Liaise with external immigration agencies on application processing and status updates.
  • Handle task-related issues professionally to ensure smooth coordination and positive working relationships.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Good communication skills, detailed-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Minimum CGPA requirement of 3.0 and above
  • Required language(s): English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
  • Internship period of minimum 4-6 months

I began my career with DHL IT Services in 2018 as a Senior HR Specialist in the ITS Cyberjaya Human Resources team, where I gained hands-on experience in driving, transforming, and optimizing end-to-end HR operations. From there, I progressed into an HR Expert role, and in 2025, I stepped into my current position as HR Operations Services Manager.
