Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in maintaining and updating personnel filing (P-filing) and HR records.
  • Provide administrative support in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Help with HR-related communications, documentation, and reporting.
  • Be able to undertake and support ad-hoc tasks assigned to you.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and people engagement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
  • Good time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Effective roll up the sleeve work ethic.
