Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on HR Intern to support process automation, HR digitalization, and system improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to map processes, build automation workflows, analyse HR data, and support enhancements to HR systems. This role is ideal for someone curious, technical, and eager to apply practical skills to real HR operations. This internship is for 6 months, with a preferred start in April 2026.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support HR digitalization efforts, including workflow automation and system improvements.
• Develop basic automation using Power Automate.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze HR data and assist with data validation checks in HRIS (mostly anonymized or aggregated).
• Document HR processes using workflow diagrams and process maps.
• Assist with system enhancement activities, including requirement gathering and UAT.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for new processes or workflows.
• Example projects: Automating HR workflows using Power Automate, creating HR Operations dashboard in PowerBI and enhancing data validation check.

Other Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting support and assistance on new workflows or system changes.
• Participate in cross‑functional process mapping and learn about broader HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations, automation, and process improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Basic Python scripting for simple automation or data tasks.
• Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query preferred).
• SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with data.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with willingness to learn quickly..
