In this Role, you'll get to

• Support on hiring process such as interview arrangements, candidate screening, onboarding email sent out to stakeholders.
• Onsite coordination of interview, test and recruitment activities
• Prepare weekly recruitment updates and reports
• Coordination of end-to-end onboarding process such as support in new employee orientation, welcome pack distribution, email update to Ops team, admin and IT, preparing of acknowledgement of onboarding information
• Handle background checks, including further verification and reference check

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Undergraduate from a degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated and possess can-do attitude
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
