HR Intern Opportunity | Learn, Grow & Thrive

Ready to kick-start your HR journey We're looking for a motivated HR Intern who is eager to learn, passionate about people operations, and excited to gain hands-on, real-world HR experience. You'll work closely with the HR team and get involved in a wide range of activities that support both our people and the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the HR team, you'll get involved in a variety of meaningful tasks, including:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, such as posting job ads, screening resumes and applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintaining, analysing, and updating employee records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling employee inquiries.
  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as name card printing and distribution, replenishing office supplies, and coordinating with external vendors (e.g. cleaning services, office maintenance, and suppliers).
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and summarising insights for the HR team.
  • Helping to coordinate company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assisting with the preparation and issuance of staff letters.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in Human Resources and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with care.
  • Basic knowledge of Employment Law in Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Job Location: Sri Petaling, KL
