HR Internship Trainee

【About The Role】

We're hiring a motivated HR Intern to join our Malaysia HR team, focusing on Southeast Asia campus recruitment & university-industry partnership.

This internship program is tailored for current students based in Malaysia who will be graduating in 2027 or later — outstanding performers will receive a direct full-time HR offer (Return Offer) upon graduation!

【What You'll Do Day-to-Day】

• Campus & Social Recruitment (Core Task)

Support end-to-end talent acquisition for our APAC business team: resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up & cross-timezone communication with Chinese & SEA candidates.

• university-Enterprise Collaboration

Liaise with local Malaysian universities (UCSI, UTAR, Sunway, Taylor's etc.) to plan career talks, campus open days, recruitment salons & talent fairs; execute on-campus branding events to attract young graduates.

• Special Projects:

Throughout the internship, you may be assigned special projects or tasks that align with your interests or the organization's needs. This could involve conducting research, analyzing data, involve in marketing events or contributing to ongoing HR initiatives. These projects provide an opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting and demonstrate your value to the organization.

【Who We Are Looking For】

✅Currently enrolled in a local Malaysian university, graduating in 2027 or later (All majors are welcome; Business, HR, Economics, or related fields are preferred)

✅ No formal HR work experience needed; prior internship in recruitment, admin or campus outreach is a bonus

✅ Trilingual proficiency: Fluent Chinese (spoken & written) + English + Bahasa Malaysia (critical for communicating with local universities & multi-cultural candidates)

✅ Bonus point: Familiar with tech/IT industry, well-versed in Chinese corporate culture & cross-border business operations

✅ Soft skills: Proactive, meticulous, strong interpersonal & teamwork skills; capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines

✅ Hard skills: Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
