Leads and manages a team to effectively support and implement HR initiatives across the organization.
Works closely with the regional people team to align on policies and ensure successful rollout of initiatives.
Responsible for delivering HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and exit processes.
Drives and localizes initiatives from the Center of Excellence (COE) in areas such as Organisational Development, Talent Management and more.
Guides and supports managers on employee relations, legal compliance, and adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
Facilitates key discussions with business leaders and employees, effectively managing complex and sensitive conversations.
Identifies and implements opportunities for HR process improvements and policy enhancements to align with organizational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of broad HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR COE functions (Talent Management, Organisational Development, Culture, HRBP)
Prior experience in a fintech setting or related industry is preferred.
