▸ Organization design — structure, headcount planning, and role clarity for a greenfield facility

▸ Talent acquisition — end-to-end recruitment for key roles, technical talent, and foreign workers

What You'll Bring:

▸ 5+ years of HRBP or full-spectrum HR experience — manufacturing or tech background strongly preferred

▸ Hands-on experience building HR systems (recruitment, training, culture) from the ground up

▸ Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor law, compensation structures, and hiring compliance

▸ Trilingual: fluent in **English, Chinese, and Malay**
