Job Description

Client Background: MNC

Industry : Manufacturing

Location: Kulaijaya, Johor.

Headcount: 1

Position Title : HR Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM10,000 - RM15,000

Responsibilities

.Employee Relations Management . Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes, address employee grievances, and handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws

oInvestigations: Lead or assist internal investigations related to harassment, discrimination, or policy violations, ensuring fair and objective outcomes

oPolicy Development: Draft, review, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

.Communication . Maintain open and effective communication channels between employees and management

oConduct employee surveys, forums, and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and engagement

.Employee Welfare & Well‑being . Design and implement well‑being programs focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health (e.g. wellness workshops, counseling services)

oEnsure workplace safety and compliance with health & safety regulations

oOrganize employee events, social activities, recognition programs, and team‑building activities to enhance morale

.Compliance & Advisory . Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws

oProvide professional advisory support and counseling to management on employee relations risks, trends, and best practices

Requirement

.Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills

.Strong knowledge and understanding of labor laws and employment regulations

.Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills for handling complex employee issues

.High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters

.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources
