Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.
. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documents
. Support payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions, and employee leave tracking
. Prepare various HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, resignation letters, etc.
. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
. Help organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal company events
. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations
. Assist in the performance appraisal process and related HR reporting tasks

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
. 1-3 years of relevant HR working experience preferred
. Meticulous, well-organized, and strong in communication
. Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and common HR systems
