Purpose Statement: Responsible for leading the Human Resources efforts at a site serving as the business partner to the site leader coaching/counseling the site leadership team in pursuit of desired site performance developing human capital strategies for the site leading site HR services.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Lead site HR staff in delivering HR initiatives aligned with Corporate strategy, including staffing, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. May also be responsible for HRMS administration, health, safety, and security.
- Serve as a coach and trusted partner with site management to execute strategic decisions, provide guidance on business issues, and identify training and development needs of associates.
- Develop and deploy recruitment strategies, manage recruitment process and lifecycle, identify future talent needs, and proactively develop talent pool. Provide leadership to the TA team, guide and develop team on problem resolutions, and achieve customer excellence.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees seeking advice and development coaching, facilitate communication between employees and corporate HR, and build good working relationships with site employees.
- Assist in the development and achievement of HR metrics, monitor and report on various activities like staffing effectiveness, employee satisfaction, turnover, etc. Stay updated on legal developments and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience.

- Ability to work both independently and in group or matrix managed settings
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
