YOUR ROLE

  • Conduct annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) in partnership with managers and the L&D community.
  • Develop and manage the annual learning plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities and competency requirements.
  • Manage training processes and related documentation, including procedures, workflows, training records, and reports.
  • Define, update, and maintain competency frameworks and learning paths for key roles.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, follow‑up, and on‑the‑job application.
  • Act as a master observer to assess and coach internal trainers in delivering effective training.
  • Act as an internal trainer/facilitator for selected programs.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with end to end center of excellence and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Build and sustain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and multiple sourcing channels.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract high‑caliber talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and labor legislation.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare analytical reports for management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Negotiate job offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, covering areas such as recruitment, training, internship programs, and collaboration with universities and technical colleges.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Oracle, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities, and a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexible and able to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies and learning & development methodologies.
  • Experienced in designing, delivering, and implementing training programs.
