Job Description

  • Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment aligned with project schedules and business needs.
  • Design and manage KPI and performance appraisal systems, including quarterly reviews and performance improvement plans.
  • Drive Training Needs Analysis, coordinate technical, HSE, leadership, ESG, and HRD Corpcompliant training programs.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance, salary benchmarking, HRIS accuracy, and reward initiatives.
  • Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, HR policies, audits, and ensure compliance with labour laws and ISO standards.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in end-to-end HR function and at least 3 years of experience in leadership position
  • Experience in Property Construction, O&G (or any other heavy industries) is added advantage
