Human Resource Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time (1-year contract; high potential for permanent conversion)
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead all HR functions across the organization. This role will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives, support a strong organizational culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Policy: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals; create and update policies; ensure legal compliance.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment for technical and non-technical roles; manage onboarding programs for smooth integration.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems; support managers with goal setting and reviews; track improvement plans.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote positive work culture; handle grievances and conflicts; conduct engagement surveys.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits; conduct market benchmarking; recommend competitive packages.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs; develop learning and leadership programs; monitor effectiveness.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain HR records and HRIS; prepare reports and analytics; improve HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and HR analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
