About the Role:
We are seeking a versatileHR Specialistwith strongnegotiation skillswho can manage bothFront-End and Back-End HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while effectively communicating with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR data management.
- Handle employee negotiations, conflict resolution, and performance discussions with professionalism.
- Support HR systems and processes (Front-End: employee interactions, queries; Back-End: data management, reporting, compliance).
- Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR with strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with full HR lifecycle (Front-End & Back-End HR functions).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
