Responsible for supporting Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR reporting, and HR data management activities to ensure accurate, timely and effective HR operations.
Support HR operational excellence through data analysis, reporting accuracy, employee support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain and support HR reports including headcount, absenteeism, leave trend and manpower related reports.
Ensure accuracy and timely update of employee data, records and HR related documentation.
Support monthly HR operational reports and data consolidation for internal departments and management reference.
Assist in managing Group Hospitalization & Surgical (GHS), Group Term-Life (GTL), Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance administration including annual renewal, employee declaration (new hires/resignations), coordination with insurance agents and payment processing.
Support panel clinic administration matters including medical claims processing, monthly reporting, medical invoice verification and monitoring employee medical entitlement.
Attend and support employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, procedures and HR operational matters.
Guide employees on HR processes, required documentation and company practices.
Support HR data validation, report extraction and data compilation from HRIS or payroll systems.
Maintain proper filing, reporting records and confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
Participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking activities and HR operational improvement initiatives as and when required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding HR operational and employee-related matters.
Support employee operational arrangements including uniforms, PPE, lockers, and other employee service support when required.
Support improvement initiatives for HR operational workflow, reporting efficiency and data management practices as and when required.
Assist superior in Compensation & Benefits related matters, HR operational activities and special projects.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR operations, Compensation & Benefits, payroll support or HR data/reporting related functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
Analytical, detail-oriented and able to handle data accurately.
Familiar with HRIS, payroll systems or HR reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential employee information professionally and with integrity.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet reporting timelines.
Proactive, resourceful and willing to contribute improvement ideas to the team and organization.
Familiarity with Employment Act and general HR practices will be an added advantage.
Strong sense of confidentiality and high sensitivity in handling confidential employee and company data.
