  1. Manage time attendance system and ensure accuracy of records
  2. Support monthly payroll preparation (attendance, overtime, reports)
  3. Generate HR and payroll-related reports
  4. Maintain employee records and HR system updates
  5. Support employee claims, billing, and general HR administrative duties
  6. Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  2. 1-2 years of HR/payroll experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  3. Basic knowledge of payroll and time management systems
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
  6. Able to multitask and work independently
