- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from Korean-speaking employees.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring data integrity and timely submission.

Profile
A Successful HR Operation Specialist (Korean Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, both written and spoken, to support Korean-speaking stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems.
