The HR Operational Excellence Lead is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including HR processes, systems, payroll, and compliance. This role ensures smooth and accurate HR operations while driving continuous improvements in processes and service delivery. The position also provides HR data and insights to support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and management in making informed decisions.
Together with the team, you will:
- Lead payroll and related administration while ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
- Oversee HR systems, data integrity, strengthen end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and consistent HR processes across the organization
- Govern and continuously improve HR workflows, operating standards, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics to generate insights that support HRBPs and management decision-making.
- Lead and develop the HR Operations team while driving continuous improvements to elevate HR service quality and employee experience.
WHO ARE YOU
- You possess a bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Having approximately a 5-year HR experience, ideally in HR operations, payroll, or HR systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and improve processes
- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll administration, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills
