Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily HR Operations: Fully manage the execution of daily HR operations for the Indonesia teams, covering incentive/commission calculation, payroll processing, coordination with external tax consultants, BPJS, PPh 21, and end-to-end KITAS application tracking and issue resolution, ensuring on-time salary disbursement and timely, compliant government reporting.
2. Talent Acquisition & Channel Development: Execute recruitment plans aligned with business needs, focusing on local university partnerships in Indonesia, building diverse hiring channels, establishing a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring the efficient fulfillment of staffing requirements.
3. Performance Execution & Data Management: Implement the performance management system, oversee the entire KPI lifecycle, ensure the fair execution of reward and punishment mechanisms, and provide business managers with objective data for HR decision-making.
4. Full-Cycle Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, terminations), strictly control risks related to contract signing, file updates, and offboarding handovers, and organize ER/culture initiatives to enhance team stability and cohesion.
5. Regional Coordination & System Development: Serve as the key liaison for the China, Malaysia, and Singapore regions; lead the localization and implementation of Asia regional HR policies in Indonesia, independently driving cross-regional HR initiatives. Assist in building and continuously refining HR foundational frameworks and SOPs to enhance overall HR operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Public/Administrative Management, or related fields with 2–3+ years of HR operations experience in multinational companies; proficient in end-to-end HR daily management workflows and operational procedures.
2. English as a working language and basic Chinese proficiency; excellent cross-cultural communication abilities and empathy when collaborating with regional teams.
3. Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and fast learning agility; excellent multi-tasking capabilities to drive complex projects independently, coupled with solid regional coordination capacity.
4. Demonstrate clear and agile logic, possess keen HR operational insight and problem-solving skills, and can efficiently advance objectives within a fast-paced business rhythm.
