Role Summary
We are looking for a highly meticulous and patient HR Operations professional to support the daily execution of our Global HRO (HR Outsourcing) services. This role is less about strategic tax planning and more about operational excellenceensuring that our global payroll data is accurate, our vendors are on track, and our employees receive high-quality support. You will be the bridge that keeps our HRO 2.0 global replication running smoothly through disciplined coordination and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily flow of payroll data between the company and external HRO vendors, ensuring all employee lifecycle changes (hiring, transfers, terminations) are processed accurately.
- Conduct thorough audits of monthly payroll reports to catch and fix discrepancies before they impact employees.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and regional HR teams, answering inquiries with patience and clarity.
- Coordinate closely with HRO vendors to ensure they meet agreed-upon timelines and service standards.
- Keep our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals up to date as we expand into new regions.
- Assist the PMO team in gathering operational data for monthly performance reviews.
- Manage professional correspondence and documentation in both English and Mandarin to support global stakeholders and HQ reporting.
Requirements
- Comes with approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or a similar administrative/operations role.
- Strong Attention to Detail: A zero-error mindset when handling spreadsheets and employee data.
- Demonstrates resilience and patience when managing repetitive tasks and complex processes with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Prior experience in any operations-heavy environment (even outside of HR) is a significant plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a quick learner of new HRIS tools.
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this global role.
