As a HR Partner IV - SEA, Production, you will be responsible for...

HR Policy & Governance

  • Developing, reviewing, and continuously improving company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, transparency, and full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining a structured policy management framework, including standardized documentation, approval workflows, version control, and audit trails.
  • Owning the lifecycle of HR policies, from drafting and stakeholder alignment through approval, communication, periodic review, and retirement.
  • Monitoring, interpreting, and analyzing local labor laws and regulatory changes, and translating them into actionable HR policies and practices.
  • Proactively assessing compliance risks and updating policies and processes to mitigate potential legal or operational exposure.
  • Designing and delivering training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices, ensuring strong understanding and adoption.
  • Developing clear and effective communication strategies to ensure timely and consistent dissemination of HR policy updates across the organization.
  • Partnering with HR teams, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive effective implementation and adoption of policies across all functions.
  • Tracking policy implementation, monitoring adherence, and conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure consistent application across departments.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and reporting for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory requirements.

Project Management

  • Leading and supporting the execution of global, regional, and local HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR strategy.
  • Developing detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and implementing mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration across teams.
  • Providing regular project updates and reporting project status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Driving standardization and continuous improvement through project learnings, best practices, and process optimization.
  • Ensuring all projects are complying with internal policies, governance standards, and external regulatory requirements.

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a MNC Manufacturing company environment.
  • Hands-on experience in localizing HR policies and employee handbooks across APAC countries, including China, with sound knowledge of labor law compliance and HR governance practices.
  • Proven experience in reviewing, localizing, and implementing HR policies across APAC countries, including China, ensuring alignment with local employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and policy governance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in policy documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in HR systems and digital tools (e.g., HRIS, case management, MS Office).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
