HR & Payroll Operation Executive (FMCG)
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Strategic location – opposite MRT Persiaran KLCC)
Background
Due to team expansion, Ouji is seeking a HR & Payroll Operation Executive to support HR operations, payroll processing, and employee relations matters, particularly for our promoter workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle HR operational matters including employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits)
- Support Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters related to promoter workforce
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support HR process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in HR operations and payroll administration
- Exposure to Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters is an advantage
- Experience handling promoter or field sales workforce will be preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
