Ensure payroll compliance across assigned countries, in line with company policies, internal controls, and local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for designated countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including all required statutory filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Govern vendor performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead regular operational and performance review sessions with payroll vendors to address gaps and strengthen service delivery.
Manage payroll vendors to ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
Validate payroll testing results for new compensation & benefits programs and statutory changes prior to implementation.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses, proper documentation, and robust controls, approvals, and validation processes.
Lead investigation and resolution of payroll issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Accounting and/or Finance.
Minimum of 3-5 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll; regional HR/payroll experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
