We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent through various channels, conducting initial candidate screenings, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline based on clients hiring needs. Additionally, they should be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned target.
We are serving clients from various industry and is open to consider fresh graduates from any major course of studies, with good communication skill.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
- Utilize available job portals and recruitment databases to identify suitable talent
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Prepare candidate reports and recruitment updates
- Support recruitment consultants and clients throughout the hiring process
- Monitor market trends and competitor hiring activity
- Ensure positive candidate experience during recruitment stages
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruitment, sourcing, HR, consulting, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Fresh graduates from any major course of studies with good communication skills may also apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sourcing and research abilities
- Result driven
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
