Formalizes job description and specifications for existing and new positions for hiring needs and job analysis in order to use this particular information to create a right fit between job and employee.
Assist to manages internal movement and mobility opportunities for talent retention in order to create long term career pathing to all level of employees.
Provide responsive, high quality advice supporting Managers on recruitment function with an emphasis on taking shared responsibility and ownership for decision-making involving people issues
Lead full-cycle recruitment
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume store roles and niche tech/corporate positions.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies.
Implement and optimize recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Drive DEI hiring initiatives and champion inclusive recruiting practices.
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and industry events.
Ensure recruitment strategies support long-term employee retention and organizational stability
Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Social Science / any related field.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
At least 3 years experience required
Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with stakeholders
Accurate, efficient and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed
