Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter release, Medical Check Ups, BGC & Employment Pass initiation, and onboarding coordination) for client-facing roles across consulting/ BPOfunctions.
  2. Manage Internal Recruiter expectations and be the first person to manage internal issues / potential risk/ delays.
  3. Able to connect with vendors understand issues/ challenges, and to manage potential escalation within to avoid escalations.
  4. Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
  5. Conduct Intake Calls to with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on hiring progress, candidate pipelines.
  7. Lead stakeholder updates with clients ensuring alignment on progress, challenges, and timelines.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements.
  9. Drive process improvements and recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and coordinators, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  11. Experience in using SuccessFactors
  12. Experience in using SNOW Ticketing Tool
  13. Vendor Management:
  14. Liaise with Background Check (BGC) vendors to ensure timely initiation, monitoring, and closure of cases.
  15. Coordinate with Immigration vendors on work pass applications for candidates to ensure timely EP/SP Result approvals.
  16. Track vendor SLAs, escalate delays, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
