What you'll do
Perform a range of HR processes including but not limited to:
Maintain and update Workday
Manage employee life cycle (Onboarding, LOA, exit, etc)
Manage employee's and HR's queries and work with different stakeholders and partner with BHR to resolve issues or inquiries
Manage inquiries via chat
Run different audits and controls to make sure data is accurate
Drive for process excellence through innovation and process enhancement
Build and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and counterparts and collaborate effectively
Skills and experiences
Prior HR support or related experience
Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential - min Japanese N2 Certified or Native Speaker
English Intermediate level of reading and listening skill
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision
Proficiency in navigating MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers.
