The HR Service Delivery Manager for Greater Asia will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of HR services across the specified region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role will lead a team and collaborate with various HR functions to streamline processes and implement best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage the HR Service Delivery team for Greater Asia, including hiring, training, performance management, and development.
. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services, including but not limited to HR operations, employee data management, HR systems support, and basic HR policy inquiries.
. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations across all HR service delivery activities in the Greater Asia region.
. Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for HR service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
. Act as a point of escalation for complex HR service delivery issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other stakeholders to understand their needs and align service delivery with overall HR strategy.
. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and technology utilization to optimize HR service delivery processes.
. Prepare and present reports on HR service delivery performance, trends, and initiatives to senior management.
. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer service excellence, and team collaboration within the HR Service Delivery function.
Job Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in an HR service delivery, operations, or shared services leadership role.
. Proven experience managing HR teams in a multi-country or regional setting, preferably within Asia.
. Strong understanding of HR processes, systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), and best practices in HR service delivery.
. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement technology solutions in HR.
. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations across various countries in Greater Asia is highly desirable.
. Proficiency in English is required fluency in other Asian languages relevant to the region is a plus.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
