Job Summary:
Support our client's hiring and onboarding operations by managing post-selection activities with precision, speed, and professionalism. This role ensures candidates transition smoothly from offer acceptance to Day One readiness, while maintaining compliance and service excellence across regions. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing BPO environment and has experience supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end post-selection processes across SEA and ANZ, including offer creation, contract dispatch, pre-employment checks, and candidate status updates.
Coordinate onboarding administration such as document collection, system access setup, and scheduling of onboarding activities
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely handover to payroll, HRIS, and compliance teams
Liaise with client stakeholders to resolve onboarding blockers and ensure readiness for Day One
Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, data privacy regulations, and local labor laws across supported markets

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 - 5 years experience in recruitment operations, onboarding, or HR administration within a BPO or shared services model
Experience supporting HR processes across SEA and ANZ markets
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
Proven agility in handling dynamic client requirements and shifting priorities
Proficiency in ATS, onboarding platforms, and document management tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must
