Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries within a client-facing BPO environment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. Success in this role requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country payroll scenarios with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute monthly payroll cycles with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Reconcile payroll data across finance and HR systems to ensure consistency and audit readiness
Handle complex payroll queries and escalate issues appropriately to internal or client stakeholders
Prepare statutory filings and support internal/external audits and compliance reviews
Collaborate with country HR teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on payroll inputs and timelines
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery
Maintain documentation and controls in accordance with client policies and regional regulations
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to multi-country operations across Thailand.
Solid understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory reporting requirements
Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP); hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle, or similar
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Demonstrated agility in managing shifting priorities, service volumes, and country-specific compliance requirements
