They are now looking for an HR operations leader who can elevate service delivery, streamline processes, and build a credible and reliable HR Shared Services Lead to support business growth.

Job Description

  • Lead the daily operations of the HR service hub, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent HR support across multiple markets.
  • Design and optimise HR workflows across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency in areas such as onboarding, data changes, and offboarding.
  • Drive operational enhancements by identifying service gaps, refining procedures, and implementing best‑practice standards to elevate overall service delivery.
  • Track service metrics and performance indicators to ensure the HR service centre meets expected turnaround times and service levels.
  • Partner with technology teams to advance automation initiatives, improve HRIS utilisation, and enable more digital‑driven HR operations.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to support business needs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal governance requirements.

The Successful Applicant


  • Brings a minimum of 10 years HR operations experience, with strong hands‑on exposure to the employee life cycle; regional or multi‑country experience is essential. Experience in HR Shared Services (SSC or GBS), payroll, or compensation & benefits is an advantage.
  • A critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail, confident in handling people‑related operational processes such as contracts, pay‑related items, and leave administration.
  • Comes from a high‑volume, service‑driven corporate environment, comfortable working with SLAs, KPIs, service metrics, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction measures.
  • A high‑energy, proactive leader who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, takes ownership, and enjoys building and improving operations rather than performing routine tasks.
  • A credible people leader who leads by example, develops team capability, and is confident navigating both positive and difficult conversations.
  • Approachable, collaborative, and professional, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement within a high‑performing HR operations function.
