HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker | HR Operations)

About the Role

We are hiring an HR Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to support HR operations and stakeholder coordination in Kuala Lumpur.

This role requires strong communication in Mandarin and English to work with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations
• Support performance management processes
• Analyze HR data and generate reports
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Ensure smooth HR process execution

Requirements (STRICT FILTER)

• Fluent in Mandarin & English (MANDATORY)
• Experience in HR Operations / HR Reporting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur

Preferred

• Experience supporting regional / China stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR systems / HR analytics
