Primarily responsible full recruitment cycle, ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline, onboarding matters and employee Engagement .
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Assimilation of new hires to the organization
- Manage and review Onboarding and onboarding experience of new hires (Salaried and Hourly ) including onboarding processes in Workday
- Assist site-wide communications activities
- Develop, implement and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees needs
- Drive Employee Engagement Programs with one direct report (HR Associate).
- Ensure timely reporting of new hire data and statistics
- Develop and implement Health and Wellness Program including sports and recreation plan and community relations to aid employees well-being, retention as well as company image.
- Support in plant audit compliance & customer audit (training)
- Any other HR projects or duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 10 years HR related experience
- Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communications skills and Team player
- Meticulous and diligent
- Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential
matters. - Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
SKILLS
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficient oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Workday.
