Governanc

  • eEnsure system stability, optimal performance, and alignment with global HR processes and standard
  • sSupport release management activities, including feature assessment, impact analysis, and regression testin
  • gDevelop deep expertise in key functional areas such as roles and permissions, report creation and maintenance, and management of global-to-local system integration

sOperation

  • sAct as a Level 1/Level 2 support subject matter expert for SuccessFactors module
  • sMaintain and enhance inbound and outbound integrations, as well as custom interfaces; proactively troubleshoot and resolve system failure
  • sLead issue resolution by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable, long-term solution

sData Managemen

  • tEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR data governance policie
  • sPerform advanced data activities, including data loads, mass updates, and data validation to support business need

Requireme

  • nt
    Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualificati
  • on.Several years of professional experience in HR IT syste
  • ms.Comprehensive experience with SuccessFactors (preferably in Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Recruiting, or Learning); experience with other local HR systems is also desirab
  • le.Experience with Jira or ServiceN
  • ow.Strong background in operating global HR syste
  • ms.Proven experience collaborating with international, remote teams and external service provide
