We're looking for anHR & Talent Acquisition Specialistto support our growing organization by managingend-to-end recruitmentwhile also contributing to core HR operations. This role works closely with hiring managers, external recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring across business functions within afast-paced, regulated digital entertainment and technology environment.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Coordinate with external headhunters on sourcing strategy, candidate pipelines, and timelines
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback to support efficient hiring decisions
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights
- Support HR operations, documentation, and compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborate with Legal on recruitment agency contracts.
What we're looking for
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR & TA roles
- Strong recruitment process knowledge and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in corporate, technology, professional services, or regulated environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
