Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support (Primary Role Training Provided)
You will start by assisting the HR Manager on recruitment:
- Post job ads, screen CVs, arrange interviews
- Communicate with candidates on WeChat, WhatsApp, LinkedIn
- Learn to recruit technical roles (network engineer, IDC engineer) training provided
- Help build and maintain the talent pool
- Support cross-border hiring for Indonesia and Thailand after you are familiar with Malaysia hiring
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and offer documents
No prior experience in technical recruitment is required we will teach you.
2. HR & Admin Support (Light Tasks)
- Basic office admin: office bills, rental invoice filing, courier handling
- Assist in Malaysia work permit (EP/SP) documentation
- Go to bank or government office when needed (not frequent)
- Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding
- Support HR operations as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma/degree in HR, Business, Admin, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome
- Mandarin + English (required for China-speaking candidates & cross-border hiring)
- Able to learn fast and work independently
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience in HR/recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
