Job Duties

  • Entry level for professional work.
  • Performs assignments designed to develop professional or technical work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related tasks.
  • Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of alternatives.
  • This classification is used for employees performing a designated function for an identified duration.

General requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • The ability to speak the Thai language is a must
  • Cumulative GPA of 3 or higher out of 5 or 2.5 or higher out of 4
  • Be legally permitted to work in the country that you are applying in
  • Previous related internships, volunteering, awards, is a plus
