About The Role
The Team Lead will lead a high-performing team to drive operational excellence and consistent service delivery. We are hiring two HR Team Leads—focused on Compensation & Benefits or Employee Data Management.
What You'll Do:
- Employee Data Management Role: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including personal data administration and time & attendance processes.
- Compensation & Benefits Role: Drive the design and management of compensation structures, benefits programs, salary benchmarking, and policies.
- Lead a team of 8–15 HR professionals across C&B / Employee Data Management to drive performance and ensure SLA delivery.
- Support knowledge transfer of processes and business operations while building strong functional expertise.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation initiatives to enhance HR Operations efficiency,
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, seamless service delivery, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Drive data accuracy, compliance, and excellence in documentation (SOPs, user guides, reporting).
Who We're Looking For:
- Possess Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Employee Data Management.
- Proven experience in shared services or high-volume HR environment.
- Strong team leadership experience, including managing and developing a team of 5–15 members.
- Proficient in SAP HR system, MS Excel and other data management systems.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
