We are seeking an HR Transformation and Digitalization Analyst to support the continuous enhancement of HR processes across HLD. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and applying modern digital solutions to strengthen core HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.
Working closely with HR colleagues, IT, and other key stakeholders, the role contributes to the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of HR workflows that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our people priorities. The position is hands‑on and developmental, ideal for professionals eager to build expertise in HR transformation, digital HR tools, and continuous improvement.
Essential Responsibilities:
Process Transformation
- Analyze and document end‑to‑end HR processes, collaborating with process owners and Subject Matter Experts to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design simplified and future‑state HR workflows that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
- Support the implementation of redesigned processes, ensuring alignment with HR policies, system capabilities, and business needs.
Digitalization & HR Technology Enablement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR activities using tools such as RPA, workflow automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
- Support the deployment, testing, and adoption of HR technologies in partnership with HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Use HR systems and data tools (e.g., Oracle HR, Power Automate, Power BI) to support reporting, process performance tracking, and data‑driven insights.
Continuous Improvement & Employee‑Centric Design
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to review HR services and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization.
- Incorporate employee feedback and usability considerations into the process and digital design to enhance HR service experience.
- Contribute to building scalable, sustainable HR solutions that balance efficiency with employee needs.
Other Responsibilities
- Support system releases, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change communications.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, system configurations, and audit logs.

Skill and Competencies Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/IT operations, HR systems, process improvement, or business analysis roles.
- Practical experience working with HR technologies (HRIS, workflow automation, analytics, or reporting tools).
- Ability to analyze data, translate business needs into structured requirements, and document clear process designs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Preferred / Advantageous
- Hands‑on exposure to tools such as Oracle HR, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA, or AI‑enabled solutions.
- Experience with process‑mapping techniques and documentation (e.g., swim lane diagrams, requirements documents).
