Join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Workday organizational structure.
- Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including:
- Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations.
- Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
- Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
- Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with hands-on exposure to creating and managing Supervisory Organization changes, or experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist functions.
- Experience with Workday will be an added advantage.
- Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
