As the organization continues to scale, we are looking for a highly analytical HRBP to drive workforce insights, strengthen HR data capabilities, and support key HR transformation initiatives.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, engagement, performance metrics) to provide clear visibility on workforce trends.
- Analyze workforce data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights that support strategic HR and business decisions.
- Track and monitor key HRBP metrics such as strong/poor performer attrition, span of control, internal mobility, and organizational health indicators.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Partner closely with HRBPs and business stakeholders to translate data insights into practical people strategies and interventions.
- Support HR transformation and strategic projects such as process improvements, HR system implementations, policy rollouts, and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR reporting and analytics tools.
- Continuously improve HR reporting frameworks and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR analytics, HRBP, people analytics, or data-driven HR roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and workforce data reporting is preferred.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
