Job Purpose

The HRBP Enablement role bridges HR strategy and operational execution. This position serves as the central coordinator for initiatives across the CPO, HRBP, and Centres of Excellence (Performance Management and Talent Management), while managing the operational backlog that enables HRBPs to focus on strategic business partnering.

This role is critical to maintaining high performance standards and ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on alongside senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination : Act as the central point of contact for regional CPO and HRBP initiatives, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, and deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence : Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks and backlogs to enable HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Monitoring & Compliance : Track progress of internal initiatives and ensure timely completion across all business units.
  • Reporting & Insights : Provide real-time, data-driven updates to the CPO on project milestones, initiative completion , and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement : Identify workflow bottlenecks and partner with HRBP and COE teams to design and implement more efficient operating models.
  • Workshop & Change Support : Support and facilitate internal workshops to enable adoption of new HR templates, systems, and frameworks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Scope of Management: Oversees operational and administrative delivery of regional HR projects.
  • Communication: Provides concise, real-time updates and proactively follows up with stakeholders.
  • Delivery Excellence: Maintains high accuracy while meeting strict timelines.
  • Complexity Management: Comfortable handling multidimensional datasets such as competency frameworks and career pathways.
  • Decision-Making: Identifies operational gaps and recommends improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Strategy Enablement: Translates CPO strategy into structured execution plans.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Builds strong relationships with HRBPs and COE leaders to ensure seamless delivery.

Job Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Specialization

Strong interest or background in HR Operations, Project Management, or any HR Functions .

Experience

24 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Data Process & Architecture: Designs, maintains , and optimizes HR data flows and structures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems.
  • Project Management: Able to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Capable of translating complex data into clear dashboards and executive-level insights.
  • AI Literacy: Experience with or openness to leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for data analysis and reporting automation.
