Company Description:

We are looking for a HRBP in Malaysia for a Chinese communication industry company. They need the local Kuala Lumpur people or better Malaysian Chinese in Kuala Lumpur. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management:Conduct talent reviews and build talent pipelines to ensure stability and continuity for key positions. :,
  2. Performance & Incentives:Drive and guide the performance management cycle within business units (goal setting, process follow-up, performance evaluation, result feedback, and review meetings). Assist business managers in handling performance improvement plans and managing related matters. Participate in designing and implementing motivating compensation, benefits, and reward schemes based on business characteristics. :() , ,
  3. Employee Development:Identify training needs within business units, collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop and implement targeted training programs. Enhance the management and leadership capabilities of business managers through coaching. :,,,
  4. Organizational Culture & Employee Relations:Promote and reinforce company core values within business units, fostering a positive and efficient organizational climate. Effectively handle complex employee relations issues, conduct conflict mediation and crisis management to ensure harmonious and stable labor relations. :,,, ,

Qualifications:

  1. Education & Major:Bachelor's degree or above. A major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or Business Administration is preferred. :,,,,
  2. Work Experience:3-8 years of human resources work experience inKuala Lumpur, with familiarity with the local culture. This must include at least 2 years of experience as an HRBP supporting business units. :3-8, 2 HRBP
  3. Industry Experience:Background in the telecommunications or payment industry is preferred. :/
  4. Professional Knowledge:Proficient in national labor laws and regulations and practical operations across various HR functional modules. :
