Job Description

Strategic Alignment: Linking HR strategy to manufacturing goals and managing organizational change.

Performance & OD: Driving continuous feedback culture and improving corporate-to-factory workflows.

L&D & HRDF: Upskilling staff for internal mobility and maximizing HRD Corp fund utilization.

Succession Planning: Grooming high-potential talent to eliminate single-point-of-failure risks.

Data Analytics: Using HRIS data and predictive analytics to forecast manpower and retention needs.

Compliance & IR: Overseeing Industrial Relations, legal compliance, and ethical governance (ABAC).

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
At least 10 years of well-rounded HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner
or L&D-focused role.
Proven experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry sector in Malaysia.
Solid understanding of Malaysian Labor Laws and industrial relations practices.
Demonstrated experience in designing succession plans, leadership modules, or organizational
development interventions that resulted in improved retention.
HRD Corp Certified Trainer (TTT, MIHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
