What You'll Do
- Use data-driven insights to update the business on HR-related matters such as learning programs, workforce management and employee services.
- Coordinate HR activities across departments and support the delivery of HR solutions.
- Track employee development plans and learning program participation.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and monitoring progress.
- Assist in compiling, tracking, and maintaining monthly overtime (OT) records.
- Develop training calendars and prepare PowerPoint materials for training-related activities, communicate and broadcast updates to the Supply Chain team.
- Support on-boarding activities by acting as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
- Gain exposure in people analytics by understanding and interpreting HR data.
What We're Looking For
- Open for local students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement in final year/ semester.
- Minimum attachment period of 4 - 6 months.
- Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
- Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.
- Attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
- Able to start internship in February or March 2026.
- Able to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
