About the Role

ChangeLeader Sdn Bhd is looking for experienced HRD Corp Accredited Trainers based in or available to travel within the Johor region to support our client training projects on an ad hoc, project-based basis.

The trainer will be engaged for selected client assignments, workshops, and corporate learning programmes. The trainer will deliver programmes based on the approved course outline, session plan, learning materials, and delivery approach designed by ChangeLeader Sdn Bhd.

This role is ideal for independent trainers, consultants, or subject-matter experts who are HRD Corp accredited and can deliver structured, professional, and engaging learning experiences in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training programmes according to the course outline, session plan, slides, activities, and learning flow provided by ChangeLeader Sdn Bhd.

Familiarise themselves with the approved programme objectives, content, methodology, and participant outcomes before delivery.

Conduct engaging classroom, workshop, or workplace-based learning sessions for adult learners.

Facilitate discussions, group activities, role plays, case studies, simulations, and assessments as outlined in the session plan.

Ensure training delivery remains aligned with HRD Corp requirements, client expectations, and ChangeLeader Sdn Bhd's quality standards.

Prepare for each assignment by reviewing materials and attending briefing sessions where required.

Provide post-training feedback, participant observations, evaluation summaries, and recommendations after each session.

Maintain professionalism when representing ChangeLeader Sdn Bhd at client sites.

Coordinate with ChangeLeader Sdn Bhd's programme team on logistics, delivery requirements, and participant-related concerns.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

Valid HRD Corp / HRD Accredited Trainer certification.

Proven experience delivering corporate training programmes.

Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to deliver using a pre-designed course outline and session plan.

Ability to follow structured learning materials while still engaging participants effectively.

Experience working with Malaysian corporate, SME, government, or GLC clients is an advantage.

Availability to deliver training in Johor, including Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.

Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Tamil will be an added advantage.

Own transport is preferred for client-site delivery.

Engagement Terms

This is an ad hoc, project-based freelance engagement. Trainers will be contacted based on project requirements, subject-matter fit, availability, and client location.

Payment will be based on project scope, duration, preparation requirements, and delivery days.
