Job Description

Job Summary

HRIS Analyst Lead will manage the successful execution, maintenance and improvement of HR systems (HRIS) which include all internal HR systems, Payroll system and other third-party integration related to HR data including producing the data analytic.

Key Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement and HRIS Support

  • Collaborate with HR Operations Delivery team to identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation and roll out of new process improvement initiatives or changes to current processes in collaboration with key team members.
  • Report key indicators for the business to measure the effect of process improvement efforts.
  • Document and communicate process updates to different users in the organization.
  • Develop next level data and performance parameters in coordination with continuous improvement specialists and HR operations delivery team.
  • Effective and efficient service provision in line with service level agreements and Customer Satisfaction targets.
  • Provide functional and technical support and maintenance requests on HR systems including the whole range of processes: Workforce Management System, Organization Management, Roles and Authorization, Compensation, Pay & Time Management, Talent Management, and Learning.
  • Assist with new releases.
  • Assist in implementing, testing and supporting the HR systems and business process documentation.
  • Provide HRIS training and support to HR users.

Reporting and Data Analytics

  • Work closely with HR Champion Lead to identify key metrics and develop reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide analysis and support on the use and interpretation of the measurement and reporting data.
  • Generate, collect, cleanse, and deliver requested data from authorized requestors.
  • Plan data collection, including the types of data and time of data to be captured.
  • Develop next level data and performance parameters in coordination with continuous improvement specialists and HR operations delivery team

Qualifications

  • At least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or in any related fields.
  • Preferably with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in HR application maintenance.
  • Preferable with Dayforce technical knowledge and experience.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations.

Skills & Abilities

  • Functional knowledge in HR processes and system especially in Dayforce / Ceridian or any other cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy and protection requirements.
  • Proficient in English with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholders in HR and business.
